Return Policy

50% deposit is due at the time of order. Payment in full is due when product arrives in our warehouse.

All authorized returns or cancellations are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

All accessories are FINAL SALE. No refunds or cancellations once the accessories have shipped from the manufacturer.

Special order products may not be cancelled or returned.

Installations require 72-hour notice to reschedule or will incur a 25% cancellation fee.

Price quotes for installations are estimates only. Additional charges apply if modifications need to be made during installation or if multiple deliveries are required or if location has stairs.

We are not responsible for any damage claims that are not reported within 48 hours of delivery.
